Welcome to the Azad Jammu and Kashmir University of Bhimber (AJ&KUoB), a newly chartered institute of higher education established by the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and located in the scenic area of Bhimber. As the founding Vice Chancellor, it is my privilege to introduce you to an institution that promises to be an inspiration of knowledge and innovation for the State of AJ&K as well as for the whole country. Bhimber, often referred to as the gateway to Kashmir, is celebrated for its stunning landscapes that blend majestic mountains and verdant plains. This setting not only inspires our university community but also supports a year-round conducive environment for educational pursuits. Our proximity to major cities like Lahore and Islamabad, at distances of 200 and 180 kilometers respectively, positions us advantageously for both local and national engagement.
