Vice Chancellor AJ&K University of Bhimber Calls on Chairman HEC Pakistan

Brig. (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed, SI (M), Founding Vice Chancellor of AJ&K University of Bhimber—established in 2023 under an Act—called on Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, SI, Chairman, Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, to extend his heartfelt congratulations on his appointment.
